Happy Friday! I can't believe it's Memorial Day weekend! My allergies are in full bloom but I'm excited for 3 days ahead with perfect weather and no zoom meetings. I woke up this morning thinking Nahia had her field day today, an event that will require me filming her doing a bunch of activities with Lucas in tow, of course. Realizing that field day is next Friday was like the best news ever to start my day! If you are a working Mom and teacher these days, I am sure you can relate.
There are so many good sales this weekend! I figured it would be fun to share my picks from the JCrew Factory sale. The prices are incredible- let's talk about the items!
1. I am all about fun printed shirts in the summertime. This t-shirt also rings so much truth for me.
2. These chambray shorts are adorable! I mean, you have to look cute for mornings at the park or the library, right? I do plan to ditch my everpresent yoga leggings sooner than later. Yes, please let's also pretend we'll be able to enjoy all of those places soon, okay?
3. Gingham is a must-have summer item for me and these sneakers are adorable. I had my eye on a pair of white ones but I know I'd just be setting myself up for trouble with Lucas.
4. I'm determined to break away from the ball stud earrings soon and diversify my earring repertoire. These statement earrings do not look heavy and are super cute!
5. I haven't been much of a t-shirt dress kinda gal but this striped number might just make me change my mind. You could pair it with a jean jacket on those cooler days or a long cardi for a simple laid back look.
