As we say hello to February, it's time for my monthly favorite series.  This month I bring you an eclectic mix, from matcha tea to salt scrubs. 
1.  Starter Matcha:  I started drinking matcha with almond milk as another alternative to my usual lattes.  Matcha is so much better for you.  It is packed with antioxidants, will give you an energy boost and has beneficial effects on the skin and the immune system.  This particular brand is gluten-free, organic, non-GMO and vegan.  There is no added sugar which is a plus for me.

2.  Inmaker Resistance Bands:  My old set of resistance bands was sadly falling apart so I replaced it with this one from Inmaker.  I love that they give you a pouch for all the resistance bands and they even include a handout with exercise suggestions.  You can literally do your workout on the go!

3.  Himalayan salt body scrub:  The cold weather and dry air in the winter can be harsh on the skin.  This year I have been specially proactive with my hands because I tend to get eczema on them if they get too dry.  I have been using this scrub on my hands weekly and in the shower.  This salt scrub is all natural and packed with powerful skin nourishing ingredients like almond oil, jojoba oil, vitamin E and minerals.  It leaves the skin moisturized and soft.  It's definitely helping my hands!
