Face masks are an essential component of a good skin care regimen. It's self-care too. You are never too busy to put one on. I've been known to fold clothing with my charcoal mask on.
I thought it would be fun to share what's in my face mask line-up. I find that a good charcoal mask is essential. Charcoal helps to draw impurities out of your pores and helps keep your complexion looking refreshed. I've tried a lot of charcoal masks over the years and even made my mask mix for a while. Beautycounter's charcoal mask is my favorite by far. It has a mild peppermint scent and is non-drying. Nahia uses it now with me too and I feel peace of mind knowing that she's not being exposed to harmful chemicals.
I like to rotate a pumpkin mask with my charcoal mask. I love pumpkin, so this mask is a must-have in my line-up. It has a low percentage of glycolic acid so it gives you a mild peel. Your skin will be brighter after though! I like that it's less messy to remove than the charcoal mask.
These silicone brushes have been a game-changer. You use a lot less product and they make the mask application less messy too. They are a breeze to clean!
I'm now looking for a green tea mask. Do you have one you love?
