MY BEAUTY FAVES :: Summer Hair Frizz

Happy Monday!  I hope your week is off to a great start.  As the humidity soars again, I felt talking about summer hair frizz was just perfect!  My hair does not play well with humidity.  I have recently started to use the products of the Briogeo line and I am very satisfied with my experience so far.  Briogeo is a six-free hair care line that is mostly naturally-derived.  It does not have any sulfates, silicones, phthalates, DEA, artificial dyes or gluten.  This brand is also environmentally-friendly since they use packaging that is both recycled and recyclable.

Here are my two summer tools for good hair health:
1.  Briogeo Rosarco heat protectant creme I use this before heat styling.  This formula is very nourishing since it contains a blend of rosehip, argan and coconut oils to protect hair from heat damage while infusing shine and taming frizz.  It's not a heavy formula so as long as you don't apply too much, you hair won't feel oily the day after.  It leaves my hair smooth so I can wear it down.

2.  Briogeo Rosarco reparative live-in conditioner spray:  This is a new addition to my routine this summer.  I was looking for a daily product that would keep my hair hydrated to minimize frizz and help strengthen it too.  I have found it hard to find a good live-in conditioner spray since most of them tend to add too much moisture and then your hair feels oily.  This conditioner spray has a well-balanced formula that does not over nourish.  You can also use it before heat styling but I like to use it as an everyday spray.  I am pleased with the results so far.  I still get a little frizz but it's more under control than it used to be.

So there you go!  These are my tools for those hot, humid summer days.  What are your go-to hair products?  Let me know in the comments below!
