LIFE LATELY :: Our Fall Bucket List

Happy Wednesday Everyone!  In the spirit of wellness, I wanted to share our Fall bucket list since having fun is a form of self-care in my book.  As Lucas is a little older, this year we have new things on our list like the Halloween movie marathon.

1.  Apple picking:

We already went apple picking and had the best time at the orchard.  We did end up picking peaches though which turned out to be the best idea because they were delicious.

2.  Caramel apples:

I don't remember the last time I had one.  I know there's a farm near us who makes them and I just need to find out if they are actually gluten-free.

3.  Picnic in the Common:

We had this on our summer list and never made it.  I want to do this before the weather turns cold!  Winters in Boston can be very long so we try to spend as much time outside.

4.  Rise of the Jack O' Lanterns:

Now that Lucas is a little older, I would love to do this!  I think it will be so much fun.

5.  Corn Maze:

We haven't done this in a few years but want to start this tradition again this year.  It's just so much fun.

6.  Halloween movie marathon:

We plan to spread these over the course of a weekend.  I think it would be fun to watch a couple of kids' Halloween movies with the crew and get into the spirit.  Needless to say, fall themed snacks will be a must!

7.  Theme Halloween costumes:

I'm happy to say we might have a theme this year!  Nahia and Lucas might be dressing up as The Incredibles and we'll try to join in on the spirit too.  I think it's so cute I have them both on the same wavelength.

8.  Fall cleaning:

A necessary evil, don't you think?  I've been trying to declutter and organize better slowly but it's so hard to find the time!  I might make this a Winter goal too.  Stay tuned!

So there you go!  These are all the items on our list.  My kids are not really into hiking yet or Fall leaf peeping so we'll keep those on the back burner for now.

Are any of these on your list?

Thank you for reading this post!
